Other tips to protect your cars paint
Will they work on SUVs? Can it also be used as a shelter over a hammock?
Due to the way they connect, mostly by suction on the roof, I believe they could be used on pretty much any surface it will stick to. However, the only thing you would just need to check the dimensions. Perhaps for the larger vehicles, they may not be able to cover the whole area. If that’s okay for you, sure you can try it.
In regards to the hammock, I’m not sure where you would fit it out in the wild, I think for a hammock a Tarp would be much better. Much more flexible and convenient to set up when on the move. Some of the tarps are seriously durable too, check out our article on Tarps, if you search ‘Tarp Tent’ in the search box at the top of the page.
